   You send us a brief

   Products, quantities, indicative budget, timeline, decision maker. A few lines are enough.

   Mandate letter and fee

   We email you the mandate letter and the fee invoice, 5,000 euros excluding tax.

   Shortlist within 15 working days

   The mission starts when the payment is received. You receive the shortlist and comparable quotes.

   Samples and decision

   You test, negotiate and choose. We help resolve technical questions.

   You order directly

   The deposit and the order go straight to the manufacturer. We never hold your funds.

Mission fee

5,000 euros excluding tax per mission, meaning one product family for one project.

Deduction

The fee is deducted in full from our fees if you order from a presented manufacturer within 18 months.

Success fee

A commission on the order, shared between the buyer and the manufacturer, set in the mandate letter.

Non-circumvention

For 18 months, the buyer and the presented manufacturers do not deal directly in a way that bypasses Atlas to Africa.

What we do not guarantee

A price or an outcome. We guarantee a qualified, comparable and documented shortlist.

Made-to-measure furniture and joinery, decoration and lighting, zellige and tiles, natural stone and marble, linen and textiles, stainless-steel fabrication for kitchens. Equipment specified by a hotel brand or an international tender is outside this offer.
